VOGEL JOHNSON AGAR MEDIUM (as per USP)
-Dissolve 30.51 grams in 500 ml purified/ distilled water. -Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. -Cool to 45-50°C and add 10 ml ofsterile 1% Potassium Tellurite solution.
