VOGEL JOHNSON AGAR MEDIUM (as per IP)
-Dissolve 61.02 grams in 1000 ml purified/ distilled water. -Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. -Cool to 45°C and add 20 ml of sterile 1% Potassium Tellurite solution. -Mix gently and pour into sterile Petri plates.
