SYNTHETIC SEA SALT
-Dissolve 19.38 grams (the equivalent weight of dehydrated medium per litre) in 1000ml distilled water. -Gently heat to boiling with swirling to dissolve the medium completely. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi (121°C) for 15 minutes -Cool to 50°C. -Mix well and dispense as desired.
