SORBITOL AGAR (MacCONKEY SORBITOL AGAR)
-Dissolve 40.0 grams of Part-I and 10 grams of Part-II in 1000 ml distilled water.
-Gently heat to dissolve the medium completely.
-Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
-Avoid overheating, Cool at room temperature prior to dispense.
-Dissolve 40.0 grams of Part-I and 10 grams of Part-II in 1000 ml distilled water.
