Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 1 ml of 0.2 N Sodium hydroxide, further add 9 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 1000 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM2332 - SELECTIVE BROTH FOR MRSA. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
