For isolation and identification of Salmonella spp
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5ml of sterile distilled water. Mix gently to dissolve the contents completely. Aseptically add the rehydrated contents of one vial to 500ml of sterile, cooled (45-50°C) of TM1839 - CHROMOGENIC SALMONELLA AGAR. Mix well and dispense as desired.
