Rehydrate the contents of one vial by adding of 4 ml of a 50:50 mixture of sterile demineralized water and ethanol (96 %). Mix gently until a homogeneous yellow suspension is obtained. Mix well and aseptically add to 475 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM2128 - LISTERIA ENRICHMENT BROTH BASE. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
