Add contents of 1 vial to 990 ml of distilled water used to suspend TM172 - LYSINE MEDIUM BASE / TMV 172 - LYSINE MEDIUM BASE (VEG.). Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Cool to 50°C. Adjust the pH to 5 and pour into sterile petri plates
