Rehydrate the contents of one vial aseptically with 5 ml methanol. One vial is sufficient for 500 ml agar media or 1000 ml of broth media. Add the contents of 1 vial to 1000 ml ofsterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM2186 - M-FC BASAL MEDIUM. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
