Rehydrate the content of one vial aseptically with 5 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 480 ml of sterile molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM2124 - CHROMOGENIC L. MONO DIFFERENTIAL AGAR BASE along with sterile contents of 1 vial of Lecithin solution TS 285. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates
