Mix well and aseptically add it to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C), TM2023 - CFC AGAR BASE (CEPHALOTHIN-SODIUM FUSIDATE-CETRIMIDE AGAR) / TM2024 - CFC AGAR BASE (CEPHALOTHIN-SODIUM FUSIDATE-CETRIMIDE AGAR). Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates
