Legionella Selective Supplement-Iii
Rehydrate the contents of one vial aseptically with 5 ml of 50% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile,
molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 684 - BUFFERED CHARCOAL YEAST EXTRACT AGAR BASE along with rehydrated contents of
Legionella Selective Supplement IV and Legionella Supplement TS 019. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
