Rehydrate the content of 1 vial aseptically with 2-5 ml sterile boiling distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten cooled (45-50°C) TM2379 - TOMATO JUICE MEDIUM BASE. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
