For selective isolation and detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7 from food samples.
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and add aseptically to 990 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM1854 - CHROMOGENIC EC O157:H7 AGAR (ISO 16654:2001) / TM2123 - CHROMOGENIC ENRICHMENT BROTH BASE FOR EC O157:H7 / TM2017 - BUFFERED PEPTONE WATER. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
