For selective isolation of Clostridium perfringens.
Rehydrate the content of 1 vial aseptically with 3 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM1826 - PERFRINGENS AGAR BASE (TRYPTOSE SULPHITE CYCLOSERINE AGAR BASE) (ISO 7937: 2004, ISO 14189:2013) / TM2400 - TRYPTONE YEAST SODIUM SULPHITE AGAR BASE (ISO 14189:2013). Mix well and pour into the sterile petri plates.
