Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 1000 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM2217 - MRS SELECTIVE AGAR BASE W/CLINDAMYCIN -CIPROFLOXACIN (ISO 20128:2006). Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
