Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial with 5 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM1845 - CHROMOGENIC L-MONO LISTERIA DIFFERENTIAL AGAR / TM004 - CHROMOGENIC LISTERIA AGAR BASE (ISO 11290-1 & 2:2004, ISO 11133:2014) / TM1634 - CHROMOGENIC LISTERIA AGAR BASE (Modified). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
