Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM1633 - CHROMOGENIC KLEBSIELLA SELECTIVE AGAR BASE. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
