Recommended for selective isolation of Penicillium viridicatum and related species from foods
Rehydrate the content of one vial with 5 ml of sterile Distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 995 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM2232 - MALT AGAR, W/ 2% AGAR / TS 1922 - POTATO DEXTROSE W/2% AGAR. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
