Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 1 ml of 0.2 N Sodium hydroxide, further add 4 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 470 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM2105 - Heart Infusion Yeast Extract Agar Base along with 25 ml of sterile lysed horse blood and reconstituted contents of one vial of Campylobacter Growth Supplement. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
