Campylobacter Growth Supplement

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile distilled water and mix well to dissolve. Avoid frothing of the solution. Aseptically add the contents to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 041 - Blood agar base no. 2 / TM 071 - Columbia blood agar base / TMV 071 - Columbia blood agar base (veg.) / TM 514 - Brucella agar base / TMV 514 - BRUCELLA AGAR BASE (VEG.) / TM 680 - Brucella agar base, modified / TM 050 - Brucella broth base / TM 2044 - Columbia blood agar base w/ 1% agar / TM 2105 - Heart infusion yeast extract agar base / TM 1842 - Blood agar base no. 2 (ISO 11290-1:2017) / TM 2011 - Blood agar base no. 2 with 1.2% agar with 5-7% v/v lysed defibrited horse or sheep blood along with Campylobacter Supplement I TS 007 or Campylobacter Supplement II TS 008 or Campylobacter Supplement III TS 009 / Heart infusion Yeast Extract Agar Base TM 2105. Mix gently and pour into sterile petri plates.
