For selective isolation and differentiation of Aeromonas species from water samples using membrane filter technique.
Rehydrate the content of one vial with 5 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 1000 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM1958 - Ampicillin Dextrin Agar Base / TM1959 - Ampicillin Dextrin Broth Base. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates/ tubes as desired.
