Rehydrate the contents of one vial with 10 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 990 ml of sterile,
molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 905 - MCBRIDE LISTERIA AGAR BASE along with 5% v/v sterile defibrited blood. Mix well
and pour into sterile petri plates.
