Ingredients  Gms / Ltr
Disodium hydrogen phosphate  33.900
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate  15.000
Sodium chloride  2.500
Ammonium chloride  5.000

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

  • Dissolve 56.4 grams in 1000 ml distilled water.
  • Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely
  • Dispense as desired and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
