-Dissolve 61.5 grams in 1000 ml purified / distilled water. -Heat the medium completely to dissolve, if necessary. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 5 minutes. -Cool to 45 - 50°C and use as required in membrane filtration technique. The medium should be used on the same day of its rehydration.
