Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well. Add aseptically to 485 ml sterile, molten, cooled to (45-50°C) TM2130 - M-CP AGAR BASE along with rehydrated contents of one vial of M-CP Selective Supplement I and one vial of M-CP Selective Supplement II. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
