LYSINE DECARBOXYLASE BROTH w/o Peptone
-Dissolve 9.01 grams in 1000ml distilled water. -Gently heat to boiling with swirling to dissolve the medium completely. -Dispense 5ml into screw-capped tubes. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi (121°C) for 15 minutes. -Cool the tubed medium in an upright position and overlay with 2-3ml of sterile mineral oil.
