Aseptically rehydrate 1 vial contents to 10ml of sterile distilled water and add to 500ml of sterile molten medium (cooled 45-50°C) TM1375 - LISTERIA CONFIRMATORY AGAR BASE. Mix well and pour into the Petri plates. Store the prepared media plates inverted at 4-8°C for not more than 7 days.
