Legionella Bmpa Selective Supplement
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of 50% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 450 ml of sterile,
molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 1218 - LEGIONELLA AGAR BASE / TM 2156 - LEGIONELLA AGAR BASE W/O CHARCOAL along
with 50 ml of sterile Legionella Growth Supplement (BCYE). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
