KING’S OF MEDIUM BASE
-Dissolve 0.5 grams in 1000 ml purified/distilled water.
-Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely.
-Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
-Cool to 40-50°C and aseptically add filter sterilized solution of desired carbohydrate to get a fil concentration of 1% and dispense in sterile tubes.
