GLUCOSE SALT TEEPOL BROTH (DOUBLE PACK) (PART - I)
-Dissolve 48.0 grams of Part I in 1000 ml purified/distilled water containing 4.0 ml of Part II. -Heat gently to dissolve the medium completely. -Dispense in tubes as desired and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. -Cool to 45-50°C.
