Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 500 ml
of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 071 - Columbia Blood Agar Base / TMV 071 - COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE (VEG.)
/ TM 2044 - COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE W/ 1% AGAR along with 5% v/v sterile defibrited sheep blood. Mix well and
pour into sterile petri plates.
