FLUID THIOGLYCOLLATE MEDIUM (as per USP/EP/BP/JP)
-Dissolve 29.75 grams in 1000 ml purified/distilled water.
-Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely.
-Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
-Cool to 25°C and store in a cool dark place preferably below 25°C.
