DUBOS OLEIC AGAR BASE
-Dissolve 4 grams in 180 ml purified/distilled water. -Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. -Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add 20ml of sterile Oleic Albumin Supplement and 5000 to 10000 units of Penicillin to sterile, cooled 180 ml medium. -Mix well and dispense in sterile tubes or plates
