-Suspend 37.10 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. -Gently heat to boiling with swirling to dissolve the agar completely. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. -Cool at 40 - 50ºC. -Aseptically add rehydrated contents of 2 vial of Oxytetra Selective Supplement (TS 071). -Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.=Yes
