CHROMOGENIC ENTEROBACTER SAKAZAKII AGAR, MODIFIED (as per ISO 22964)
-Dissolve 30.75 grams in 1000 ml distilled water.
-Gently heat to boiling with swirling to dissolve the medium completely.
-Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi (121°C) for 15 minutes.
-Cool to 45-50°C.
-Mix well.
-Pour into sterile Petri plates.
