BRILLIANT GREEN BILE BROTH 2% (as per BIS)
1. Dissolve 40.00 grams in 1000ml distilled water.
2. Gently heat to boiling with swirling to dissolve the medium completely.
3. Dispense in fermentation tubes containing inverted Durhams tubes.
4. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi (121oC) for 15 minutes.
5. Cool at room temperature prior to use.
