COAGULASE MANNITOL BROTH BASE
-Dissolve 35.0 grams in 1000 ml purified/ distilled water. -Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 118-121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C. -Just before use, add 7-15% v/v sterile, pre-tested, rabbit plasma (coagulase plasma) to the basal medium. -Mix well and dispense into sterile tubes
