COAGULASE MANNITOL AGAR BASE
-Dissolve 47.02 grams in 1000 ml purified/distilled water. -Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 118 - 121°C (12-15 psi pressure respectively) for 15 minutes. -Cool to 45 - 50°C. Add 7 - 15% v/v sterile, pretested, rabbit plasma the basal medium. -Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
