CHROMOGENIC MeReSA AGAR BASE *
-Dissolve 41.65 grams in 500 ml distilled water. -Gently heat with swirling to dissolve the medium completely. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. -Cool to 45-50°C. -Aseptically add sterile rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Chromogenic MeReSa Selective Supplement (TS 206) & Cefoxitin supplement (TS 219) for selectivity. -Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
