-Dissolve 62.82 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. -Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Do not autoclave. -Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add rehydrated contents of one vial of Chromogenic ECO157: H7 Selective Supplement, Modified. -Mix well and pour in sterile Petri plates.
