Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of 95% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten cooled (45-50°C) TM2113 - CHROMOGENIC CANDIDA DIFFERENTIAL AGAR BASE. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates
