Campylobacter Supplement-Iii (Skirrow)

Rehydrate the contents of one vial aseptically with 2 ml sterile distilled water and mix well to dissolve. Avoid frothing of the solution. Aseptically add the rehydrated contents to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 071 - COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE / TMV 071 - COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE (VEG.) / TM 2044 - COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE W/ 1% AGAR / TM 041 - BLOOD AGAR BASE No. 2 / TM 1842 - BLOOD AGAR BASE NO. 2 (ISO 11290-1:2017) / TM 2011 - BLOOD AGAR BASE NO. 2 WITH 1.2% AGAR / TM 056 - CAMPYLOBACTER AGAR BASE with 5-7% v/v lysed defibrited horse blood TM 514 - BRUCELLA AGAR BASE / TMV 514 - BRUCELLA AGAR BASE (VEG.) / TM 680 - BRUCELLA AGAR BASE, MODIFIED with 5% ictivated horse serum. Mix gently and pour into sterile petri plates.
