Campylobacter Supplement-I (Blaser Wang)
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml sterile distilled water and mix well to dissolve. Avoid frothing of the
solution. Aseptically add the contents to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 041 - Blood agar base no. 2 / TM
1154 - C. Botulinum isolation agar base / TM 056 - Campylobacter agar base / TM 071 - Columbia blood agar base / TMV
071 - Columbia blood agar base (veg.) / TM 1842 - Blood agar base no. 2 (ISO 11290-1:2017) / TM 2011 - Blood agar base
no. 2 with 1.2% agar / TM 514 - Brucella agar base / TMV 514 - Brucella agar base (veg.) / TM 050 - Brucella broth base /
TM 1157 - Campylo thioglycollate medium base (campy-thio medium) / TM 2044 - Columbia blood agar base w/ 1% agar
with 10% v/v sheep blood or 5-7% v/v laked horse blood and rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Campylobacter Growth
Supplement. Mix gently and pour into sterile petri plates.
