Rehydrate the content of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile 0.2 N Sodium hydroxide. Mix well and aseptically add to 1000 ml ofsterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM2025 - C.L.E.D. AGAR BASE W/O INDICATOR. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
