BRILLIANT GREEN AGAR MEDIUM 16. (as per IP)
-Dissolve 50.09 grams in 1000 ml distilled water.
-Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely.
-Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi (121°C) for 15 minutes or as per validated cycle.
-AVOID OVERHEATING. Cool to 50°C.
-Mix well before pouring into sterile Petri plates.
