For selective isolation of Camphylobacter species from foods.
Rehydrate the content of 1 vial aseptically with 2.5 ml of 50% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add it to 500 ml of sterile, cooled (45-50°C) TM1510 - BOLTON BROTH BASE (ISO 10272-1:2017). Add 25 ml of sterile lysed defibrited horse blood. Mix well and dispense into sterile tubes.
