BG SULPHA AGAR (BRILLIANT GREEN SULPHA AGAR)
-Dissolve 59.09 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. -Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. -To maintain selectivity of the medium, DO NOT OVER STERILIZE OR OVERHEAT the medium.
