-Dissolve 15.1 grams in 1000ml distilled water. -Gently heat to boiling with gentle swirling and dissolve the medium completely. -Dispense in tubes containing inverted Durhams tubes. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 10 psi (121oC) for 20 minutes. -Cool to room temperature. -Aseptically add sterile stock solution of carbohydrate to a fil concentration of 1.0% (w/v).
