CHROMOGENIC BACILLUS AGAR (Store below 8° C)
-Dissolve 49.22 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. -Gently heat to boiling with swirling to dissolve the medium completely. -Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi (121ºC) for 15 minutes. -Cool to 45-50°C. -Aseptically add rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Polymyxin B Selective Supplement (TS 058) if desired. -Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates
